The November term of Greene County Circuit Court ended recently with multiple judgements handed down by judges.
Jessica Renee Emery, 29, of Moss Point, had probation revoked and was ordered to serve the remainder of a 10-year sentence for an Apr. 2012 conviction of burglary of a dwelling.
Ronald Michael Harrell, 39, of SMCI, pleaded guilty to possession of contraband and was sentenced to three years consecutive with current sentence.
William Troy Stewart, Jr., 41, of Lucedale, pleaded guilty to a Sept. 2016 charge of felony fleeing and was sentenced to serve four years consecutive to current sentence.
Joseph Marvin Goff, 58, of Leakesville, had probation revoked and was sentenced to serve the remainder of a five-year sentence on a June 2017 charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Paul Harlon Clark, 50, of Leakesville, pleaded guilty to a Nov. 2017 charge of felony fleeing and was sentenced to five years of non-adjudicated probation.
Jaspen Carolina Poole, 20, of McLain, pleaded guilty to a Jan. 2017 conspiracy charge and was sentenced to one year on intensive supervised probation (house arrest – ISP) and the remainder on post release supervision (PRS).
Gary Hunt, 34, serving time at MDOC, pleaded guilty to possession of a 2018 charge of possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility and was sentenced to serve three years consecutive to current sentence.
Davion Latrell Mills, 20, of McLain, pleaded guilty to a May 2018 charge for transfer of a controlled substance and was sentenced to eight years in MDOC, with two years and six months to serve and the remainder on PRS. Charges for an Aug. 2017 possession of a controlled substance were dismissed by a plea agreement.
Edward Hugh Snow, 30, of Leakesville, pleaded guilty to a Sept. 2017 charge for possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to serve eight years with MDOC, with two years on ISP and the remainder on PRS. An Aug. 2018 charge for receiving stolen property was dismissed by a plea agreement.
Jacky Lee Roberts, 48, of Lucedale, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property charges reduced to misdemeanor and was sentenced to six months of non-reporting probation.
George Whitley, 40, of Lucedale, had charges reduced to misdemeanor and pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. He was sentenced to six months of non-reporting probation.
Ryan Michael Green, 33, of Pascagoula, pleaded guilty to a Dec. 2018 charge of burglary of a dwelling and was sentenced to five years of non-adjudicated probation.
Belinda Ann Purser, 44, of Ovett, pleaded guilty to a Dec. 2017 charge for possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to three years in the custody of MDOC, but given credit for time served with the remainder on PRS.
Jeremy Cain McCoy, 44, of Leakesville, pleaded guilty two counts of burglary of a dwelling from January 2018 and was sentenced to eight years in the custody of MDOC, with two years on ISP and the remainder on PRS.
Cyngela Lois Scruggs, 37, of Beaumont, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to introduce contraband from January, 2017, and was sentenced to one year of IPS and the remainder on PRS.
Diane Phillips, 66, of Buckatunna, pleaded guilty to possession of contraband in a correctional facility (February 2018) and was given a sentence of five years of non-adjudicated probation.
Several inmates from SMCI were on the docket for charges of aggravated assault, but those were dismissed at the request of the victims.
