Bounds announces bid for re-election as county’s Circuit Clerk

Cecelia Bounds of the Avera Community said this week that she is pleased to announce her campaign for re-election as Circuit Clerk for Greene County.

Bounds, who is currently serving her third term as circuit clerk, says she looks forward to visiting and meeting the citizens of the county as the political season develops. A formal announcement will be published at a later date.
