Head Start Recruitment

Friends of Children of Mississippi, Inc. –Charlie Moore Center (State Line) and Union Center (Sand Hill) is actively taking applications for the school year 2016-2017. Applications need to be completed before August 1, 2016.  Information is also being taken regarding Early Start children ages 8 weeks to 35 months of age for the 2017-2018 school term. However, at this time no applications are being completed for early start children.   Information needed to complete the application process for head start children includes birth certificate/immunization record; copy of the individuals previous check stub and copy of the 1040 Tax Return; Social security numbers; medical information.  Please call Judy Roberts at (601) 848-7650/(601) 394-3428 or Elouise Walley at (601) 989-2734/(601) 735-8236 for additional information.  Hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
